He brings a passion for building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping organizations turn vision into meaningful action.

Terrance’s commitment to inclusion is deeply personal. As a father, he has seen firsthand the importance of creating environments where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are not simply included, but encouraged to pursue their goals, develop their independence, and discover their full potential.

As a board member of IN! Pathways to Inclusive Higher Learning, Terrance is committed to helping expand access to meaningful college experiences and create stronger pathways to education, employment, independence, and community participation.

He believes every individual deserves the opportunity to be seen for their abilities, challenged to grow, and supported in building a life of purpose and possibility.
