Reilly McCluskey

I support IN!’s mission because I believe every student deserves the chance to pursue higher education without fear of being left out. Too often, students with disabilities are discouraged from seeing college as an option — but IN! works to change that narrative by showing students and families that inclusive programs exist and that success is possible.
I joined IN!’s Young Professional Board because I am passionate about driving change and ensuring students with disabilities have access to the same opportunities as their peers. By highlighting inclusive college and career pathways, I hope to empower students and families to dream big, push boundaries, and see that their goals are within reach. Education is not just about academics; it’s about opportunity, independence, and possibility — and I’m proud to advocate for a future where every student can thrive.
