I support IN!'s work because they help students that want to go to college by never letting the fear of striking out keep them from playing the game. 

I joined IN!’s Young Professional Board because I strongly believe in the work they do as a company to drive individuals with disabilities and families to see that different colleges have inclusive programs to help students with disabilities go to college or work. 

Current Position: Retail Sales Associate at Ross Dress for Less

Experience Includes: Reilly is a graduate of the Office of Inclusive Services at UCCS. He was a Peer Mentor for IN! In 2021 and a scholarship recipient in 2019 and 2021 from Ruby’s Rainbow.  Reilly has also done some Special Olympics with sports and the City of Longmont Scope Program. 

Education: Reilly McCluskey studied Communications and Film Studies at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Reilly graduated and received a Comprehensive Higher Education Certificate in 2022 with the Office of Inclusive Services program.
