“By presuming competence and looking for the gifts in each of our students, schools are creating opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities to make meaningful contributions with their talents. Recent graduates are working in healthcare, education, and industry. Beyond achieving new levels of independence, these students offer unique perspectives and contributions that make each campus a more vibrant and dynamic place to learn for the entire student body.”
